Real Estate Copy & Content
I’m a versatile writer and I’m lucky to call two separate industries my bread and butter: real estate and healthcare.
The real estate copy I’ve created for brochures, letters, and websites, best demonstrates my skills as a professional B2B writer.
There is something very traditional about real estate copy. You’re trying to make a sale after all. But the writing needs to be dressed up for modernity, imbued with a sense of lightness, fun and luxury. Very fun to get to flex these muscles when I can.
Here are a few samples of that work.

Client: Mountain Resort Interiors & Construction
Work: Copywriting
Location: Aspen, CO
Date: 2020
Mountain Resort Interiors & Construction offers full-service construction, remodeling and design. The new owners, one of whom is a renowned architect, wanted to signal their company’s shift toward high-end, European-inspired design.
We wanted to get in touch with warm leads who have a primary residence outside of Aspen. I wrote this mailer with escapism and romanticism in mind. For further context, this was in the middle of the pandemic. Plenty of reason to want to “get out there.”
